IIT Roorkee campus has Bhatia ji. Bhatia runs an almost 24 hour dhaba (Hindi for cafe) at the gates of the institute. Be 6:00 AM in the morning, you can get your chai and bun omelette.

On the top left on the billboard is Katrina Kaif (a glamorous Bollywood actress), and on right at billboards at the electric pole is Mayawati (a very populist yet quite rustic politician from North India). Very different public personas but sharing common space in a neighborhood in Roorkee, North India.
